Today I am adding content to my website about an important topic that sheds light on a condition often misunderstood in society. Cerebral Palsy is a neurological disorder affecting body movement and muscle coordination, with varying levels of severity, and it is vital to increase awareness and support for individuals living with this condition.
I was born with CP and have been wheelchair-bound since birth. However, although I am physically disabled, my mental capacity has not been affected thankfully! Although I am non-verbal, I am able to communicate with the aid of my EyeGaze equipment.
In Pembrokeshire, (a lovely place with a crap council!), individuals with Cerebral Palsy navigate life with resilience and courage. Amidst the charm of this great (politically NOT!) county, many stories of strength and determination unfold daily, showcasing the unwavering spirit of those facing unique challenges associated with Cerebral Palsy.
Understanding the experiences of individuals with Cerebral Palsy enriches our perspectives and nurtures empathy and inclusivity within our communities. Through education and support, a more inclusive environment can be created where everyone, regardless of their abilities, feels valued and empowered.
By delving into the depths of this topic on my blog, I aim to foster understanding and compassion towards individuals living with Cerebral Palsy in Pembrokeshire. Through sharing insights and raising awareness, I hope that I can take a step closer towards building a more inclusive society that embraces diversity in all its forms.
Your support and engagement are crucial in spreading awareness about Cerebral Palsy in Pembrokeshire. Let's work together to create a more inclusive and understanding community for all.

Completely agree with you Daniel!! I see every day how people with ALN are sadly overlooked, and even the simplest task are near on impossible… Hopefully your blog will encourage discussion, awareness and hopefully educate people about what a huge asset you are to society…. Diversity needs to be celebrated and recognised! “ Dan for prime minister” I say!!! 👍
