My name is Daniel John Meredith.

I was born at Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire on 10th October 2011.

My birth was a difficult one which resulted in me being starved of oxygen, causing my Cerebral Palsy.

I attend Portfield School in Haverfordwest, and I'm currently in year 8.
